When can I return an item?

You have 30 days to return an item from the day you received it – as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging


Exception – hygiene products

For some products, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging is broken. This applies, for example:

NOTE: The product must be unopened and unused for the return to be approved.


How does the refund work?

Once we have received and approved your return:

  • We will send a confirmation via email.

  • Refund will be made to your original payment method within a few days

We do not refund return shipping costs.


Are you missing a refund?

  1. Check your account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer – sometimes it can take a few banking days

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us via email: kontakt@harmonyofsweden.se
    – enter your order number

  2. Pack the item well (preferably in the original packaging)

  3. Label the package with your name + order number.

  4. Send the return with trackable shipping to:

Do you want to exchange items?

We only exchange products that are defective or damaged . Contact us and we will help you!


Return shipping

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
    No restocking fee is charged to consumers for returning a product.

  • If the item is worth more than 750 SEK:
    use trackable and preferably insured shipping


Cancel order

You can cancel your order before it is shipped within 24 hours .
If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
